Reimbursement& Refunds

You WILL BE CHARGED for parking as you exit Airlines Parking.  This fee varies, but is a set $14 per day and depending on when the last rental ended could be up to $50 or more.  Most trips the parking fee is $14 or less. Turo Support will provide refunds for parking with a valid parking receipt.  Be sure to upload this immediately when you exit the parking structure and pay the fee.  If you are unable to pay the fee, please call me at 5174428926 to discuss options.

I will also approve refunds for items that you did for a prior guest, below find a list of items that I will refund you and charge to a previous guest with prior approval at the start of your rental.

• Topping off Fuel - Utilize Speedway Across the Street and Send Me Receipt - Cost of Fuel + $10 Convenience

• Dirty Exterior - Send Before and After Photo - $20

• Dirty Interior - Send Before and After Photo - $50

If the car needs an oil change during your trip, I have a fleet account with a great place a few miles from Airlines parking.  Please call me at 5174428926 for details.  If you are able I will compensate you for your time getting the oil changed.
