Charges & Incidentals

Please do not put me in the position of charging you for things that are easily taken care of with minimal forethought. This is NOT an exhaustive list and I will add to it as necessary.  I wish I did not have to post it all, however I have some significant issues in my time as a Turo from my first week finding chicken bones beneath a passenger seat, to more recently a cracked windshield.  Please remember the stress of flying into a busy airport, getting your luggage, locating car you have never seen and then to arrive at the vehicle and it is dirty, does not smell great, or the gas tank is near empty. 

• Gas Tank Less than Full - Cost of Fuel + $10 Convenience Fee

• Dirty Car Exterior - $10 Wash Fee + $10 Convenience Fee

• Dirty Car Interior - Up To $150 Depending on Severity

• Evidence of Smoking - $250 Fee (Turo Policy)

• Failure to Send Parking Location - $50 Convenience Fee

• Failure to Provide White Ticket - $50 Convenience Fee

• Exterior or Interior Car Damage - Varies (Up to $40,000 Full Value of Car)

Be sure to take photos at the start and end of your trip.  Failure to take photographs may result in additional charges for damage you did not cause.  I utilize Turo Go which is a remote rental feature and allows me to not visit the vehicle between every trip as I live and work an hour from where vehicles are parked.
