Returning Rental Vehicle
Be sure the following is true ...
You visited a car wash prior to returning the rental car (see below for information about closest location to Airlines Parking)
The car interior is vacuumed, free of trash and debris and has been wiped down. Wipes are available in every vehicle (typically located in the center console or beneath the driver seat)
The car smells pleasant and there is no evidence of smoking, vaping or eating in the rental vehicle, as this is prohibited.
If you received the vehicle in less than perfect condition I hope that you followed the instructions and notified me as soon as your rental began so we could discuss options. If you missed this step, please contact me now so we can talk about how best to get the rental in a condition where the next renter can start their trip in a pleasant manner.

The vehicle will be returned to the same parking lot that you picked up. Airlines Parking, 8325 Merriman Rd, Romulus, Michigan. On your way into the parking structure you will receive a white ticket. The car cannot leave the lot without this ticket so please place it on the driver side windshield in the clip I have installed for this ticket so it is in clear view for the next renter to utilize. Let the guard shack know what airline you are flying out on or a hotel they can shuttle you to. If you are dropping off the car and ridesharing back please let them know you will be walking out. They will get you a parking space close to the entrance.
IMMEDIATELY when you park the vehicle send me the location you are parked, including the lot number and the lane letter (i.e. 4K).
This information is crucial for the next renter. Just as you appreciated the location I sent to you at the start of your trip, the next guest does not want to play hide and seek in a giant parking lot. If you have trouble identifying the correct location the shuttle driver will provide you with a yellow ticket with the location written on it.
Do not feel rushed at the end of your trip, we are all human and the shuttle driver may try to hurry you along, but let them know you are renting the vehicle and you have to complete a quick check out process. Simply explaining the situation has been effective in slowing down drivers when they tend to be in a hurry; the driver will not leave you and cannot charge you for incidentals without checking out, but Turo can. Failure to take photographs and complete checkout at the end of your trip may result in additional fees from Turo as this is a remote rental.
